3. How can I book a trip?
You can explore packages on our website, choose your destination, and click “Book Now.” You’ll receive a confirmation message and travel itinerary via WhatsApp and email once payment is completed.
4. Can I customize my trip package?
Yes, absolutely. You can contact our support team or WhatsApp us with your preferences (dates, number of travelers, budget, activities, etc.) and we’ll design a custom package for you.
5. How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Once your payment is processed, you’ll get an instant confirmation message along with booking details, hotel name, check-in info, and contact details of your trip manager.
6. Can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes, you can. Just ensure the traveler’s name and ID proof are correct at the time of booking.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
8. Can I pay in installments?
In some cases, yes. For customized or group packages, you can pay 50% upfront and the rest before departure. Contact support to check if your package qualifies.

12. What if my trip gets cancelled by Ghumo Befikar?
If we have to cancel due to weather, safety, or operational issues, we’ll either offer an alternate date, a full refund, or travel credit — whichever you prefer.
