1. No Refund Policy

Once a booking has been successfully made and payment has been processed through our website, no refund, cancellation, or transfer will be issued under any circumstances.

All sales are considered final.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after booking
  • Scheduling conflicts or personal emergencies
  • Weather conditions
  • Travel delays or missed entries
  • Technical errors from the user’s end during payment

Our platform works as an intermediary between visitors and waterparks or travel partners. Once the booking is confirmed, the payment is directly allocated to secure your ticket/reservation and cannot be reversed.

2. Modification or Rescheduling

In special cases where the partner waterpark or travel operator allows changes, rescheduling may be possible only at their discretion and based on availability.
Ghumo Befikar itself does not guarantee any date changes, time shifts, or partial refunds.

You may contact us at [email protected], and our team will coordinate with the respective waterpark or partner to check if any alternative solution is possible. However, the final decision rests with the service provider.

3. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment is deducted but the booking confirmation is not received due to technical issues or payment gateway errors:

  • Please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] with your payment reference number, transaction ID, and registered email or mobile number.
  • Once verified, we will either confirm your booking or process a refund (only in case of duplicate or failed transactions).
    Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

4. Cancellations from Partner Side

In rare cases, if a waterpark or travel partner cancels or denies entry due to maintenance, capacity issues, or unforeseen circumstances, Ghumo Befikar will assist you in one of the following ways:

  • Offer an alternative booking date (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a full or partial refund only if approved by the respective partner

Please note that Ghumo Befikar acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for operational decisions or management policies of individual waterparks or resorts.

5. User Responsibilities

Before making any booking, users are requested to:

  • Review all details such as park name, date, timing, and price carefully.
  • Ensure correct contact details are entered (email, phone number).
  • Verify park rules, age restrictions, and operational hours on the partner’s website or listing page.

Once the booking is confirmed, Ghumo Befikar cannot alter or cancel your ticket.

6. Force Majeure Clause

Ghumo Befikar shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, or denial of service caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, technical breakdowns, government orders, or health emergencies.
In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will depend solely on the partner waterpark’s policies.
