We do not ship or deliver any physical tickets, receipts, or products.

Once your online payment is successfully processed, your booking confirmation and e-ticket details will be delivered to you via email and/or WhatsApp SMS on the registered contact information provided at checkout.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Instant Delivery:
    Most bookings are confirmed instantly after successful payment.
    You will receive your confirmation details within 5–10 minutes.
  • Manual Confirmation Bookings:
    For certain parks or partner venues that require manual verification, confirmation may take up to 24 working hours.
    In such cases, our team will contact you and share status updates.

Delivery times and ticket formats may vary based on each partner’s system.
